How will my coffee machine, grinder or other appliance be delivered?

For deliveries within Australia, all shipping options offered will typically fall into two categories – Australia Post Regular or Australia Post Express.

All products are shipped registered and insured for loss or damage, so a signature will be required on delivery.

 Delivery Times

Australia Post Regular – delivery typically occurs within 3 to 4 days.  Can be even sooner if shipping between metropolitan areas of capital cities.

Australia Post Express – next business day delivery for destinations within Express Post Australia-wide network.  The Express network links metropolitan areas of capital cities (except Darwin) and selected regional centres. 

 What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, then products delivered through Australia Post will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post outlet and a collection notice will be left in your letter box or under your front door.

Large items will be delivered by courier and if your home is unattended, a notice will be left in your letter box or under your door. You will have to contact courier company to organize another delivery time.

Our delivery contractors – Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, will typically deliver during business hours.  If you are not expecting to be home during business hours, it may be more practical to provide your work address while completing the purchase.

How will I know the shipment cost of my order?

Once you have finished shopping and proceeded to the checkout, the total freight weight of merchandise is calculated and is used to compute the cost of shipment to your destination.  You will be able to see the result on the final check out page prior to Credit Card authorisation.

 What if I live overseas?

We do not ship overseas at this stage.
